PogoGambitron not working version 2.3

I just downloded PogoGambitron version 2.3. Here is my problem:
I deleted the old verson and this is the result when I run the program. Message: The agent is unable to find the game window. I am running win2000. The old ver was running fine. I cant get it back bacause i deleted it., Please help.

Screen Resolution: 1024x768
windows: win 2000 sp4

Works fine here. Delete the program reboot your pc and redownload from www.badgehelp.com

I deleted it and downloaded from where you told me and still get the same thing? here is what I am getting.

Works fine for me. Are you using Internet Explorer as your browser?

Are you using 24 or 32 bit color?

i changed it to 32, and now it will come up, but it will not make a move. (it say, there is no change in the board after turn) but it did not move any men!
