Future Releases Half Off.......$5.oo each

Hello Everyone
I have a question about the $150.00 buys them all.....I bought all the badges. I was told that future releases could be purchased for $5.00 rather then $10.00. Everytime I add to shopping cart it is charging me $10.00. How do I get the shopping cart to charge me $5.00?
