I apologize if this shouldn't be in technical help cuz I am not having a problem with my autos, but just with my computer.  For some reason, once a week or so, I am losing an hour on the time.  I don't know if this is the 2nd or 3rd time that I notice that the time is behind by an hour.  I fix it and it happens again a week or so later.  It's very possible that it's happening on the same day around the same time but I can't say that for sure.  Does this have something to do with the daylight savings time thing where Congress changed it and my computer is somehow messed up?  Why would my computer out of nowhere suddenly start losing an hour?  I appreciate your help!  I am not a huge computer person, so when you reply, please speak English and speak slooowly so I can understand.  Thanks!!  <3

Have you done all your windows updates?

There was a patch to fix the DST issue in there. Windows connects to a "time server" every week to make sure your clock is up to date. It sounds like you have not installed the DST patch and that's why it's off by an hour when the update is done.
Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.

I have the same problem with one of mine...Click on your time to bring up the thing to change your time....Adjust your time like you have been doing.....Click on the tab that says TIME ZONE and uncheck it where it says automatically adjust time...it should be the only thing you can uncheck...click APPLY and you should be ok  O0
