Ok, this is one of those "a little of this, a little of that"!!! Peel about 5/6 med. potatoes, slice up about 1/4" thick..melt a stick or 2 of butter in teflon skillet...add potatoes, season with salt, cayenne pepper, jalapenos & some juice, sliced onion. Add enuf water to allow for cooking w/o burning (1/2 -3/4 cup??).  Cover, simmer, and flip every now and then.  Cook till tender, remove lid, then kinda let bottom fry....Only for the big dogs!!!! If you can't take the heat, leave out peppers  and/or jalapenos!!!!  Have plenty of beer close by!!!! :!!

That would burn as bad going out as going in, almost as bad as the night I had to much to drink and got the tube of Ben Gay mixed up with the Prep H  :OO
