how do you know when pogo is looking for more beta testers its it a certain place i have looked and nothing? :;'

Pogo advertises it on the main and Club Pogo site. Plus, when one of us here spots it, it will probably be mentioned on Pogo Cheats. But, you are not missing too much by not joining.
