The Poppit Show Technical problem

I messed up my Poppit show game,doesnt seem to start after I just updated to XP Service pack 2,a few programs got messed up because of this, and need to reinstall,my question before I do,I had all the badges,shows unlock,everything,if I reinstall will I lose all that or will it remain

i reinstalled on my laptop it looks like i am starting over but my stats say i am the right rank and my prizes are going on same as b4...i am slowly climbing............ :;'

You should retain everything. That info is stored on pogo's servers

I am running poppit show to go The auto runs great
When a new puzzle pops up and there is a tiki head
to bust balloons it will not play I must baby sit it
any suggestions Please? it is not on full screen
my settings are all correct I am running it on IE7<< only
UNCHECKED smooth edges windxp2

I had a similar problem where i had to reinstall the actual poppit show mode i lost all the stats but as far as ranks after i played 1 game it reset my rank back to 19 where i was before.

that darn xp2 did the same to me but put all my agents back to trail or something did when i updated now one by one i have to get new codes  !@#$
