Picture on Profile

How do I get my picture from my desktop to my profile on here.. Thanks Teresa  :^*

Upload the pic to Imageshack.us 

Use the URL for the pic that Imageshack gives you, and stick it in your profile. If you want it in your signature, make sure you set it up like this:
[I M G]Put the URL address here[/IMG]

Just make sure you do it without the spaces in IMG
