Backspin help

I purchased back spin awhile ago and used it this week for the badge then was going to do another badge for a friend and keep getting error 25 when i try to open it. What do I do?

Delete the program, reboot your pc and redownload from www.badgehelp.com

There's a screenshot link and post here back in June (I think).  I use only that hook shot and have gotten 4 300 games and almost always high 200's
