having problems with Canastamasta

I am showing 4 icons  they are as follows:

Program never seems to win and shows a script error 9 what is going on?
I have tried to delete the program, and dowload and register a new one but I can't seem to get rid of it, and it is not on the list of automatic cleansing from pogocheats.

Delete the program reboot your pc and redownload.

I have tried this twice and it does not delete.
