Lindsay Lohans plea deal mandates she spend 1 day in jail and 10 days of community service. She was charged with 2 counts of DUI, 2 counts of a controlled substance, wreckless driving, 2 counts of blood alcohol being above .08.


She got sooooooooooooooooo lucky. If she would of received felony charges, it would of been alot more time.
