Cauliflower Salad

Cauliflower Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 diced green onions
1 lb. bacon
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head cauliflower


Dice bacon into small pieces, fry until crispy, drain and cool on paper towels.

Cut lettuce and cauliflower into bite size pieces and refrigerate.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, parmesan cheese, onion and bacon for dressing, refrigerate and just before serving pour over lettuce and cauliflower. Mix well.
