Do you use simple syrup to sweeten it?

When making iced tea if you use a pinch of baking soda it removes the bitterness you may get from some tea bags. Also wait to refrigerate your tea until it reaches room temperature unless of course you like your tea cloudy.

They have many varieties of tea. The Ginger Peach makes wonderful iced tea and the Vanilla Almond is a great breakfast tea especially with a bit of milk in it.

I just use reg sugar when I make it.  Only time I've had bitter tea is if I fall asleep & let the tea bags seep too long or over nite, then I just throw it out & make fresh.   Usually I let em set for bout 1/2 hour then make it up, also its not cloudy.    bbq21.gif

I've taken a liking to Iced Green Tea.  Nestea and Arizona's are my favourite.

On the hotter side of things... Just like Capt. Picard... I drink Earl Gray sweetened with honey.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, rum in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "Holy crap what a ride!"
