HOW TO DOWNLOAD AN AUTO PROGRAM FROM BADGEHELP

1. Open Internet Explorer



2. In the address bar of Internet Explorer type www.badgehelp.com



3. Choose your program from the BadgeHelp menu. In this case let's say the new program for Bingo Luau. Left click the text link to go to the page for Bingo Luau.



4. You are now on the download page for the Bingo Luau program called AlohaBingo. To download the AlohaBingo program left click the text link "click here"



5. After clicking the download link you will get a popup like the one below. Left click on save.



6. You will now be prompted to choose a save location. Left click desktop as seen in the picture below.



7. After choosing your desktop as the save location left click on the save button.



8. When your program is done downloading you will see the picture below. Left click the "Close" button.



9. Your download is complete and you should see the program file on your desktop as in the picture below. You now need to run the installation file for the program. To do this double click the file on your desktop called AlohaBingo.



10. After double clicking the AlohaBingo program file on your desktop you will see the picture below. Left click "Run" to begin the installation process.



11. After clicking "Run" you will see a user account control window popup. It tells you the name of the file and gives you the option to either "Cancel" or "Allow" the file to run. You want to left click on "Allow"



12. After clicking "Allow" you will see the picture below. Left click "OK"



13. After clicking "OK" you will be asked if you would like a desktop icon. Left click "Yes" to create a shortcut on your desktop.



14. Congratulations! You have just successfully downloaded and installed your BadgeHelp program! Your desktop should look like the picture below.



15. Now it's time to delete the installation file. Once you have completed the steps above it is no longer necessary to keep the original setup file. The picture below will show you what to delete.



16. To delete the file right click on the installation icon. When the menu pops up as in the picture below left click "Delete"



17. After clicking "Delete" you will get a popup to confirm deleting the file as in the picture below. Left click "Yes"



18. The installation file is now removed from your desktop and your desktop should only have the shortcut left as in the picture below.





***SPECIAL NOTE***

Depending on security settings on your pc installation may not place a shortcut on your desktop for your program. This is not a big problem. Just go to Start>Programs>Badgehelp and you will find all your programs installed there.
