Trouble brewing on pogo

I am having alot of difficulty getting my pogo games to load ...well they load up and then when the game room comes up ...nothing...no names come up in the rooms and the room itself will not load . I am using windows xp pro sp2 and have had to have a tech come over and work on it...however ...now I can no longer play my pogo games or my paltalk chat site ...can anyone offer any suggestions?
