The cheater ranks are under your name on this site. For instance, you are a rank 3 cheater. You rank up by post count.

The woman who got hit was a teacher telling another teacher (off camera) that the young girl was caught smoking pot.

Mom didn't like it and smacked the teacher (I'll see if I can find the video with sound in it).
