14 Day Free Pass, Help

 :OO  I had used the 14 day free pass to set up my grandson's account via I.E. and it worked fine.  When I tried to set up a different Pogo account for myself and use the 14 day free pass, I received an error message that the account had already been given the 50,000 tokens.  So I tried again using the Fire Fox browser and received the same error message.  Does Pogo deposit a cookie or file on your computer to identify you?  Can anyone offer any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!

Make sure you log out of the first account. Create a new account and then apply the guest pass

Clear temp internet files and cache.  Also go and clear your java cookies (control panel - java - settings - delete files)

Do not use the same email address.

Can't think of anything else as my husband, myself, and my kid all signed up for free 14 day trial a couple of years ago.

If all else fails borrow your neighbours computer/go to an internet cafe and sign up
