I'm not sure. Email replacecode@aol.com and tell them everything including what you just said about the splash and see what they say. It may take a little bit before they reply though since it isn't 9AM yet in BadgeHelp land.

I might be able to help here!!! If you open any auto and click on the Options button under register there is an option there for showing the splash. The spash screen is kind of an advertisement it shows a screen before the auto loads. In the mean time you should have a few files in your badgehelp directory c:\program files\badgehelp toward the end of that folder you should see some extra files. You should have splash.dll and splashver.dat files.

if them are missing it could be the problem you are having. try deleting an auto and reinstalling and see if it replaces them files if your missing them.

if this dont help follow homers direction and get your 150 page reset or get new codes.
