My days as a telephone operator in the poorer parts of Los Angeles.... mothers, not able to speak english, calling in screaming that their child had a firecracker blow up in their face or hand and yes, believe it or not, I handled a call from a similar mom whos child got hit by a falling bullet that had been shot into the air on New Years Eve.  What goes up.....
