I have just activated this challenge, but as the largest bet you can place is 10 tokens how can I win 200 or more tokens in a single hand?
Call me dumb, but I just don't get how it can be done........Lol.

You can get the score because you get bonus cards with extra points on them during the game.  Not every hand, but it does happen.

sounds like  ride the tide   i think  :-[

To get it... when you win a hand, you select "let it ride" to use your winnings as your next bet. Should help you get it faster.
