how much patience is enough when they dont wait that long to take ur money

 !@#$ ok its been over 24 hours and i still have no new pw's to my autos they sure didnt wait 24 hours to take my money if the first place. i did everything the way it was said to be done. what else do i need to do if i had known it would be all this never would of bough them to begin with. hope no one else has to go thro this from no fault of ur own.

If you read their website it tells you replacement codes can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 days to be issued. They are usually pretty quick returning passwords.

Did you give them your receipts along with your new registrations codes?

It looks like there may be an issue with the email server. Occasionally there can be problems with these servers causing long delays in email delivery.

I think this is why you haven't heard from them yet. Like I said they are usually pretty quick but a email server issue would certainly explain the long delay.

 i sent it out from the from the page that comes on for the link with problems to get the new pw's and even sent it to oscar yesterday and he sent back a reply with in minutes

I know why I haven't received your email yet. I sent out almost 17,000 emails this morning to our members. The mail server is still catching up. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Do me a favor send the info one more time to BH. I just spoke to them and they indicate they are all caught up so if you resend it now there's a pretty good chance you'll have your passwords in minutes
