Okay sooo heres what is goin on, I am a 150 club member and decided i wasn't putting myself through any more super dom torture and decided to add on the auto..i went to BH and bought the program..well..i decided to go to my email account that i've used for BH awhile now and found out that since it's my school account and i've graduated from there a year ago that my particular email address account is not "active" anymore even though it's been working up until december..so..I don't even know if anyone can help me. I have my 150 page saved, but I can't get into the email account to get a new updated page..so my questions are am I out of the new auto and any more autos I choose to buy later on or can they change my 150 page account to a new email address? Or should I just contact them with my personal email address, tell them the situation as well as my old email address and 150 page link and see what they can do if anything? Ughhhhh i emailed the "helpdesk" from the school and she said that since I was doing a transfer into the university to complete my bachelors I was still connected to my email address, but since I am now considered an alumni that it's not active... :OO := :" !@#$

Tell them you are a 150 customer and give them the email address you purchased it under. Explain to them what happened.

I would contact BH and explain.  I would also set up a free email account like Yahoo or gmail so that you never have to worry about losing the email account because you switch.  When we moved and went to another ISP, it was such a blessing to have the free account and not lose acess to things like BH.

Well i went ahead and sent an email to badgehelp@aol.com but I guess i can resend it to to replacecode@aol.com too just to make sure it gets to them lol

It was probably stupidity on my part but I have like 3 free email accounts through hotmail, but because I was using my school email as my main one, I've had that email since I was a junior in high school so I didn't ever really think about it.

Sheesh....since jr high? You young thing  :))) When I was in jr high the information highway not only had ruts you had to ride on dinosaurs to get to it! And my access was uphill in snow on 300 baud.
