Buying Tokens... A Scam?

I was just in a room and someone posted that you can purchase tokens at xxxxxxxx.com (not the real site name).  How can they add tokens to your account?  I'm not even thinking of doing it, but how is it possible?

They give you an account with tokens in it and you transfer them to your account. I don't know why anyone would buy from those sites when you can get an auto for $10 and get all the tokens you want.

The best spin I've ever gotten is 1500 tokies.  I never win the mini mall stuff.  Just wallpaper and screensavers.

i got 40million token in 8years at pogo, i think i got enough since i dont go wild at mini mall.... my mini is in the same rags i got for him 2years ago....
