New Registration Codes - Huge Problem

I am nearly tearing my hair out here with the below problem:-

Beginning of Easter just gone I reformatted my Computer and loaded Windows Vista Ultimate.  Towards the end of the Easter Break I requested my new codes for the few autos that I bought.  It took nearly 2 weeks total to get just 3 new Registration Codes, having to send at least 2 email requests for each one which was rathering frustrating within itself.

On 1/4 Vista SP1 was officially released and was available to download from the Windows Update with Windows Ultimate Extras.  As most will know SP updates are crucial to install re your OS.

After installing SP1 my 3 Autos would not open, double click on them and nothing happened, they would not open at all.  Downloaded a trial of another auto from your site and it opened, very strange.  I then downloaded again my 3 Registered autos from your site and they then opened, they were unregistered and the worst part they wanted new Registration Code???  So I went to the drastic measure of system restore before SP1 and low and behold the autos would open and were registered as before; undo restore format and same problem as above.

I have sent now 2 emails explaining my situation and the dramas of installing the Service Pack and requesting new Codes for my 3 Autos since installing Vista SP1 over a period of 4 days; and nothing, not even a reply or anything.  But, I am not uninstalling a crucial update like SP1 so that just my autos work.  I have no dramas at all with all other Programs I have bought, only these 3 autos.

Please can someone help me, what to do or another avenue I can take to get just my 3 new Registration Codes to which I purchased.  The whole thing is frustrating me and upsetting; hence the view that I take - this is very poor practice and customer relations on the Part of the owner/s.

Please help!! >>:D

You need to submit your receipts along with the new codes to replacecode@aol.com

Make sure you install all windows updates before doing so or you may have to do it all over again.

System restore will not reset your programs. In some cases it causes the programs to lose their registrations.

I have done all my updates including SP1.

Autos were Registered with newly sent Codes before SP1, a day or so later installed SP1 autos became unregistered requiring new Code.  System Restore brings them back to Registered but that is not good as SP1 needs to be installed.

I have sent twice now request for new Codes with explanation to the above email u mention.  The overall problem as I get no replies, nothing, and need to know what other steps I can go to get new Codes or response from anybody!!

Hi Homer.  Just an update post here.  Thank you so much for your very quick efficient email response.  I have no doubt that you persued this matter further as just a moment ago I got all my codes that I required.

Thank you so very much.

I had a similar problem with upgrading to SP3 on XP.  None of my auto's would open (thou in my case system restore didnt do anything).

When I re-downloaded them they required re-registering.  I did start a thread on it and thought I'd got the the bottom of the problem as I found a virus/spyware? but it seems that I may not have.

It may be that the the new updates from microsoft are causing the problems, only time will tell if others have the same problem.  XP service pack 3 hasn't been officially released (mine came from a computer program upgrade when I had it serviced).  But its does seem coincidence that vista service pack and xp service pack upgrades have done EXACTLY the same thing.

With you posting about XP SP3 which is still at the RC stage and not very far to be released at Windows Update, does this mean that everybody who purchased Autos that update to XP SP3 and Vista SP1 will have to require new codes.  Oh my replacecode email will be very very busy.
