150 reset email?

my hd went bad!!!!  :'((
so anyways just brought new and do windows install but cant for the life of me remenber the email you need to email to plead to have page reset...mind you i think there is only like 3 codes iv used in there since the last reinstall of windows because i *gasp* lost all intrest in pogo due to a family situation and now i want my badges again! or if someone is reading this who can reset it please do?
