Tri-Peaks 2 Game Freezing

It happened when I found the card for the bonus game while the rubies were flowing down chute of the game window where the game cards are laid out. After a minute or so, I get the message that something has "timed out waiting for packets" and when I click OK the game closes. When I restart the game resumes from the point prior to Tex opening the chest and getting the bonus game card. And the process repeats itself.

After the game closes there was a small window with the heading 'Error!!' what looks like javascript and html. I would post it here but it contains my Pogo name.

Anybody have any idea what this is? :(

I have had the same thing happen to me.  It drives me nuts.  I also reinstalled a few times and that didn't help.  Let me know if you hear of anything else we can do.  Good luck!!!

The uninstall didn't work properly; the game still froze while the rubies were flowing down the chute. However, they did unstick and continue on to the bonus game though it was quite choppy and I was unable to play the bonus round because it continued to stick.

It still sticks now and is still quite choppy but I am able to play the round; sadly I can't move things around much and can't seem to get more than 80 tokens as a result.

I'm not even going to bother reporting this to Pogo/EA because you never get a response anyway.

At least I'm not the only one with this issue. :(

You're not the only 1.  I lost 12 rubies because my bonus round froze.

I would be livid if that happened to me.  !@#$

In my case, I had 4 rubies but the game picked up where it had left off prior to the freeze.
