I wrote to Oberon regarding the amount of times you can use a code and got this reply.

My message to them is also included.

When you purchase a game and receive the code how many computers is
the key code good for?  We have several computers in the house and have
purchased several games and I would like to know how many of the
computers I use the code for.

  You can install your purchased game on all of your computers.

  Go back to the website you purchased your game from and download a new
copy of the game and install it. Look for the start/home page for your
game's website and then look for your game.

  You must return to the website where you originally purchased your
game from to download a new copy. The games we sell are also sold by
other websites that are not affiliated with Oberon Media.

  Then just download the game to all your computers and use the same
registration information for all of the computers you install the game
on.

  Please let us know how we can be of further assistance.

So it almost sounds like it's unlimited but not sure.  Them saying you can install your purchased game on all your computers makes it seems like it's endless. Not sure.
