Error 25 ?

Hi:  I went thou this before and i just  forgot getting old, How to work around this  error 25' So if any 1 can jump start my brains   please do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting it on 2  :ox :ox

delete the program
reboot your pc
download again from BH

I did want you said to do i think so i did remove the 2 programs and re boot the computer and went in too the file that i keep all autos in and re in stalled it and i am still get the 25 thing i am not sure but do you want me to re down load all over new :" :"
