I recently purchased a P4 2.8E (Prescott) CPU (the last piece i needed for my super computer he he).. I noticed when running a few auto's, it locks up pretty good (won't click cards / locations) like it should.

Does anyone else have a Hyperthreading capable processor and having similar problems?

On the other hand, with BB7, it just flies and solves a lot of puzzles without even getting to the "pop the 50 balloons" stage. (and with a lot less timeout) .. for some reason or another.

hehe

Actually, it's no biggie. I didn't realize there was on option in my bios to disable it. (if need be)

Found an easy fix if something is not compatible with HT ..

Press [ctrl] + [alt] + [del]

Click "task manager" then click "processes" .. right click the application and select "set affinity.."

That will give you an option to turn off one of the "virtual cpu's"
