I am not getting my replacement codes.  Had this same problem when i reformatted my computer 3 to 4 months ago and Homer got them for me, which was fantastic of him.  This time I require them again since I upgraded some of my computer hardware and Vista did not allow me to repair so I had to reformat and install.

It has been 3 days now and still no email at all and one I do require is Scrabble one as it a weekly challenge.

I really dont know where else to turn.  Still no new codes sent, nothing.  This is the second time this has happened to me when wanting replacement codes I never get a response from the appropriate request email.    It is very poor sigh.

If you are a 150 member they will have reset your password page.

I dont own 150 autos so I do not have that privileges.  But it has now been 5 days and still not 1 email with my replacement codes.  One of them I need is Scrabtacular and only have couple days left to do it since it is a weekly challenge.  The service for replacement codes is really not up to par, very poor.

You might want to try 2 words PLEASE and THANKS I use them and have had no such problems and if you need help with scrabble pm me I can get it for you.

I have asked politely thankyou and dont need to be told,  but this does not seem to work.  One gets more frustrated as time goes on.  TY but no thanks I have somebody else that can help but would rather do it myself since I have bought the auto which seems pretty logical  Also I am not the only one having trouble obtain replacement codes.  This is the email I am using to ask for the codes replacecode@aol.com

Thank you very much Homer, you are great.  You always seem to come through when the tough get going.  Thanks very much again, and yes I did get email from JP, even though I dont use that email any more and just lucky I checked it.  I used my main email for my requests of Replacement Codes.

hey homer!!!! i got a question if you download a auto from bh how come the codes and passwords are not on my 150 page, and when i download the autos from pogocheats i have to register the code and get a password and it is on my 150 page??? should i just download the autos from pogocheats?? i have several games that i have autos for and they are not on my 150 page. i have the page in my favorites and i just go there to get my 150 page, what is the correct web address for the page, the page i have is the one they gave me when i bought the 150 page. what shall i do i have emailed them asking them why? thought maybe you would know.

ok ty i thought maybe you would know, i just know when i want an auto i come to pogocheats and hit downloads and i register the code and i get my password and it is on my 150 page, when i got o bh and download the auto i reg the code and it is not on my 150 page, i will give an email then, thanks for your help

I am really at a loss now....... I received the email from JP saying to request 2 a day.  Coming now up to 4 days since I sent my first email asking for 2 new replacement codes and still no email.  I still have another 3 to request.... Now a total of 4 emails not replied to.... sigh

my harddrive crashed and i replaced it well i had to replace all my 75 codes i sent transaction id and code
and it took a little time but all my passwords were replaced with no trouble at all  :D :D jp is the
best at replacecode@aol.com  :/\ off to him and anybody else who works their

This is getting ridiculous now.  Sent emails, got emails in return about requesting 2.  I requested 2 in email back on back on 18 August - NO EMAIL sent with codes.  Complained here in this post got emails about reqesting 2 etc; sent email off again asking for 2 - NO EMAIL sent with codes.  Yesterday morning I sent reqesting all 5 again since I have requested for codes the correct way previously asking for 2 per day and NO EMAIL got returned email in less than 2 hours about requesting 2 a day; sent request straight off AGAIN asking for 2 codes with all purchased info required and NO EMAIL.  This is just a continuous circle and I am getting nowhere, 8 emails all up I have sent and still not 1 replacement code.  The emails I have received from forum email are telling me to reqest 2 a day, but this is not working as I do not get return email with new replacement codes, not 1.

If you do not get codes often because you have been lucky with your computer or with Pogo then the first place I would look is in the SPAM folder as it is not recognizing replacecode@aol.com. Try that zzcheatszz. I just had to reformat my computer and since I have been buying codes since 2004 I had to look thru pages of Paypal to get it organized (and on a CD!). I lost 2 of my "to-go" games cuz I just can't find the payments for them (not the autos).

It is definately not spam - always receive their email as safe.  Since 12th of this month I have sent many emails asking for 2 codes per day - I have only a total of 5 auto I own and up till now only received 2 new codes.  Just sent another email today for the 3rd time my 2nd request x 2.  Just a non-responsive rotating circle I am afraid.

I find something odd though, about them not answering. To me that means they are not getting your emails because no matter how I mess up on sending my replacement codes - I always get an answer. Not always the answer I wanted but an answer. Like when I won 3 autos in the raffle but you can't get those replaced   :'(( just cuz your angstfilled teen grandson decided to reformat your computer instead of making small adjustments.  And I have found emails from badgehelp (replacecode) in the SPAM folder even though I have them in my address book AND we are both AOL.

Badgehelp is, after all, a business that depends upon us to want to use them. Like I said - they are always timely - just not the answers I want!   :-[

There seemed to be an issue with my emails not arriving - emails sent from my other email via gmail did arrive which is very odd.  Anyway all my codes now have been replaced and a big TY to Homer who put this issue to them, appreciated.
