LOL, ArnieBear... I bet watching him would be like watching a lumbering oaf dance.

Congrats to Donny Osmond for winning !

"And they called it......puppy loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove"  giggle2.gif

Yea I was really surprised he won but happy for him  tumbsup.gif  I was kinda hoping to see Kelly win but 3rd is still good.  Thought for sure Mya would win cause she seemed to be the fave pick almost from the start.

Mistyeyed

popularity helped get donny the votes..i do think mya was way ahead of kelly and donny in dancing...

gator8_24

Glad Donny won, too!  Mya got unfavorable comments on crucial dances from the judges and in the end it's the fans that count.  Donny got very good remarks and a perfect 30 on his last dance. Think Mya did too.

CindyLouWho

It probably didn't hurt that he has such a huge family either & they were getting all the max votes in I'm sure  giggle2.gif

Squid

I'm disappointed that Donny won.  This is a dance contest and Mya is far superior.  The fact that Donny won tells us that it's really a popularity contest.

sherilynn

Actually Squid it's only half a dancing contest since the judges vote only counts for half. The other half is a popularity contest. I agree that Mya was the better dancer but she really just grated on my nerves. I love that Donny won and wish Kelly could have been second.

Mistyeyed

i like donny and am glad he won,but i think that joanna should have been in the top three and kelly should have gone before her...

Here's the list of the "stars" & who their partners will be.  Speaking for myself, I'm not very impressed at all with the "stars" for this season.   rolleyes.gif

Actress Shannen Doherty teams up with two-time "Dancing with the Stars" champ Mark Ballas, who returns for his sixth season.

Reality star Kate Gosselin teams with Tony Dovolani, who returns for his ninth season.

Olympic figure skating champion Evan Lysacek teams with Anna Trebunskaya, who returns for her fifth season.

Comedienne/actress Niecy Nash teams up with Louis Van Amstel, who returns for his sixth season

Outspoken NFL star Chad Ochocinco teams up with two-time champion Cheryl Burke, who returns for her ninth season.

"The Bachelor" star Jake Pavelka joins Chelsie Hightower who returns for her third season.

kittycat Dolls lead singer Nicole Scherzinger teams with Season 7 champ Derek Hough, who returns for his sixth season.

Soap star Aiden Turner teams with Edyta Sliwinska, who is the only pro to compete in all 10 seasons of "Dancing with the Stars."

The couples will hit the dance floor on the two-hour season premiere on Monday, March 22 at 8 PM on ABC. During the first week of competition, there will be no eliminations and all the pairs will return for week two for another two-hour show on Monday, March 29.

The couple with the lowest combined judges' scores and public votes for both performances will be sent home on Tuesday, March 30 on the season premiere of "Dancing with the Stars: The Results Show."

didnt the bachelors jake get enough air time on his own show..i watched that with him in it and i thought he was so boring..he picked vienna but they were saying he was seeing ali on the side..another jason i guess...
i do like the ice skater evan lysacek, but as for the others, they are really scraping bottom, lacey schimmer decided not to return for this season..
