I am now at rank 50 and I am not getting double wild credits. 
Tara are you.  I had the same problem as you where it said
I was rank 45 and profile said 50.  Didn't give me badge early
either. But I sure want double wilds.I only have 6l00 now. 
Long way to go.

I think in the FAQ in the game you have to have finished to rank 50 in Bingo Luau as well as Easywin Bingo to get double wilds towards that last badge

You don't get them for every wild or every game.They just pop a few in there every now and then. Nothing to get excited about that's for sure. :((
