Download game: Bottle Busters

I bought this download game today Bottle Busters. I wanted to share it with someone so I gave them the key code. They downloaded it entered the code, but the game does not come up. They didn't try the trial version of the game. Would that have any problem with the game not playing? They have deleted it and re-downloaded it and still nadda. Anyone else having that problem with the game, or is it just my friends computer? Almost seems like something blocking it from playing, but tried another download game and it worked. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks :(
