no response from replace codeshi i need

hi i need some help i have email replace codes because when i update the cheat for yatzhee it says its no longer registered i had registered it  right after i bought it when they update my  sheet for it  i also found 90% of my cheats were no longer registered i did have wireless card put in my  comp and was wondering if that is the problem but i cant use u cheats cause they are saying not registered anymore help please i have not gotta a response from replace codes yet

It's only 9am in BH land. Give them a chance to reply. Sometimes email replys are slow when a new game is released

I also have the same problem. I own about 28 programs and none of them would open. I redownloaded them and now none of them are registered. I get no response from my emails for codes and it has been over a week. I was going to do 2 at a time for codes.. I noticed in the last month they have been slow in responding to get replacement codes and I really don't want to be a bother..any suggestions?  Thanks

I had this happen not to long ago and now it happened again.   I was wondering if my computer is going to go down again but got on here to look and see if by small chance there is another reason.   I had to get sierra wireless 3G for internet because Verizon was all we could get in Redlands Ca and it didn't work good... Well this thing doesn't either and I think it messed up my computer and fried my mother board.  (New computer so dell replaced the motherboard).  Anyway,  I am glad (sry) that I am not the only one and perhaps it isn't my computer.  I do feel like with all the problems I have with computers and losing programs that I bother the person at replace codes.  Which I am the one that uses sn <admin edit: please don't use pogo sn's in forum>(prior hubby... deceased). I don't have ANY problems with them resetting the password generation page for the buy them all .. but I have been buying programs under Crosstie and Rnpj for MANY years when badgehelp was young.. (are we getting old?) and have had few problems because in the old days we didn't put which programs went with what on the buy 2 for 1 add ons (the way it was done in the stone age...lol) but over all I think they do a GREAT job (especially putting up with all the crap).  Well guess I have to go log in to email and give them the bad news.  I know that is going to make their day.... if you have communication with them... give them the heads up  :((

Beating a dead horse with this one but it happened to me. Check your spam folder cuz sometimes an ISP will not recognize AOL for rhyme or reason. I have AOL but sometimes it has shown up in my spam folder. Be sure and put the addy in your address book.

my computer crashed and i have about 30 autos and jp at badgehelp sent me 2 new codes every day. he responded very quickly. i had no problems at all. you need to send new registration code, and the date you bought it, and receipt number so a big ty to jp :^* :^* :^*

No problems getting page reset.... wonderful service as usual!  My programs started running again without resetting all for a little while but now the programs wont come up again and when replace them password has to be reset... which I have the entire page reset from last post... so all is good
