Yes, caramel.  And it's pronounced carAmel, not carmel.  Carmel is by the sea and Clint Eastwood was like the mayor or governor or president of Carmel.

It's amazing how many people spell and pronounce that word wrong, isn't it?  :)))

My favourite error is the oft used political tagline: "I'm Fred Smith and I approve this message."

We had one Senator here in Maine that actually said it correctly: "I'm Susan Collins and I've approved this message."

Yeah, I know, I'm picky.  :-[
