I have registered and run this auto before with no problems.
Now it is saying could not extract file
[Admin edit : edited line out for security reasons]
have uninstalled and reinstalled twice

same message

I am running Vista

Try logging in as Administrator and see if that resolves your issue.
Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.
