If you want your 10 free gems, sign in at the help section and click on the contact us link and tell them your screenname. I got mine that way.

The reason is because it has to be sent to you for it to work for your screen name. That link was for that person and their screen name account, meaning it can't be given to other people.

In order to get the free 10 gems you must be a pogo paying member and have received and email from pogo itself with a speacial code that is only good your yourself ?.?

I have also sent a email to them and I'm still waiting for a reply. I sent them an email on Sunday and was hoping to hear something yesterday but nothing. So I added to the question it's been within 24 hours and still no response.so I hope I didn't piss them off.....
