I love bacon and cheese both. We used to go to the breakfast buffet at a restaurant around here and I told everyone I was there for the "all you can eat bacon bar"  Man, is that good stuff or what?  I think I would add mushrooms and some other things to that, but wow..... who needs clear arteries?  That's why God invented Rotor Rooter.

Actually, we do order our bacon deep fried when we go out to breakfast.  It was suggested by a server in a local restaurant, and it comes out very crispy, and with less fat, I guess the heat from the deepfryer melts it !@!
