hay goat, all ya got to do is click on the persons name u want to im and then scrool down and u should see where it says send this person a message, or something to that effect and click on that and ask away, hope this helps, tc

yeah,  i figured out what it was.  I was temporarily restricted so my PMing rights were taken away with that, but all is well now.  Thanks for your help everyone!
