It was something like get 100,000 tokens and we discussed that it would be best to use all the lines and were thankful that it had nothing to do with actually moving the game piece. Not sure what they changed it to.

Sweet Bams made the one I have. I don't know about anyone elses. You can find them scattered about the internet. And go to the forum on here at the bottom of the main screen. I don't remember what it's called but it's about sharing pictures, etc.

I make alot of my siggies and I have siggies that have been made by other people.  I use a program called Paint Shop Pro and collect different graphic images and put them together to make the tag that is below my posts.  I know there is another person on this forum that uses the same program I do and has made some very lovely tags/siggies for other people.

Personally I have never heard of that program.  If you can make pictures with it then it will work.  I use PSP 9 and animation shop and Xara and alot of other programs to make my siggys and avitars.
