Diner Dash Family Style

For some reason I can't get this game to load.  I get the first screen where it says play now or get more games, but when I click on play now it doesn't load. 

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and still nothing.

Any suggestions on how I can get this to work?

make sure you have the latest version of flash player

I have the most current Flash Player, and this is the only downloadable game I'm having problems with.

Alright, I'm dumb.....what does that mean and how can I fix it?

Sorry....

I just don't understand how I can play all of the other downloadable games, but this one.
