pogo beta testing

does anyone know how to reach the pogo beta testing support? i am a member and recently got a new computer and lost my link and my password. i thought that i found the link, but when i tried to enter my username, it told me i was wrong. can anyone give me some ideas on how to contact the beta testers support??? thanks.

Did you go to PogoBeta.com and click on the forgot username and/or password?

yeah, and it tells me that my screen name is not recognized. i know i have the screen name right!! then i tried using the email me option and it told me that it didn't recognize my email!!!
