I have bought loads of autos for my laptop......but individually.  I now bought the 150 package for my new desktop, can anyone tell me if I have something goes wrong if BH will reset the panel?  Since this is new to me I am not sure how it operates.  At the moment I am running Win7 so am only putting a few in to see how they work out....Still have XP on my other drive in case I have to return to it.  Thanks.

Yes, they do reset the panel for you if your computer crashes or you need a new hard drive or buy a new computer. Might be other reasons someone else can list.

Thank you,   embrace.gif I needed to know because with the new computer I am running Win7 64bit so that all my ram is recognized.  My old XP OS is only 32bit and when I have to buy Win7 I probably will have to reinstall

I've had to have mine reset a couple times. They really are good about it, but they do keep track and if you ask too often, they will cut you off so fast your head will spin.

They had to reset mine more than a couple of times. Over a year ago I bought the computer from hell.  diablo.gif

It spent more time in Texas supposedly getting fixed by Hewlett Packard because of a new term I came to know and despise, BSD, Blue Screen of Death. BH after the 4 or 5th time of resetting my page became very, very tired of my BSD problems and so did I. EVERY time it went to Texas it came back completely reformatted and working...NOT.

I was on a first name basis with the Fedex driver, invited him to dinner.  turkey4.gif

When I was getting ready to buy this one I have now I consulted with Swami Homer to find out if a 64 bit computer would handle my autos.

Now if THAT isn't dediction and love, then I don't know what is.  hysterical.gif

I would not have bought it, if Homer had told me it would not handle my autos. I sent an email to BH and they reset my page before my new computer arrived.

Now what was the question?  embarrassed.gif

Oh Yeah...BH...I think they are the greatest! Just remember they had to deal with me first and mine was not easy. So give 'em some slack once in awhile. They do the best they can by and for all of us.

BH has been great with sending out replacements for my load of single autos when got a new HDD and had to reformat. cheerleading.gif  As for HP not sure I would buy that brand my daughter just lost her HP desktop which was 3 years old, and her 2 year old HP laptop also stopped working. But I will say Win7 64 bit is everything Vista should have been it is great, I hated Vista but really like Win7.

Isn't that the shock. Somehow in my quest for an answer they connected me to somewhere in the midwest US and I was dumbfounded after weeks of dealing with India. I have to say they are extremely apologetic as they can't find the correct answer to your problem. The Nirvana song "All Apologies" runs thru my mind if I have to deal with them.

giggle2.gif So true, I always feel badly that I get so frustrated...........they are always so calm.
