i am a 150 member so this program was actually under that but when i first downloaded it I had np with it now i try and open it and it dont do nothing i tried to delete it from my pc completly and reinstall it but when i go to delete it i keep getting a message cannot delete access is denied it wont let me download it again any one else having problem with it or no what i should try and ty

your pc may require you to have admin rights to make changes
