When you purchase an add-on to your 150 page they need to know the name of the game and the registration code for the program you are buying

I noticed this recently with my eBay sales - people emailing me messages instead of including any special instructions in the box. When I finally asked someone about why I was told that the box was missing. I then called Paypal and they said that a recent upgrade now has some sales pages with just a link to the message box that has to be opened. It is easy to see once you know that it is there but Paypal made something that was quite simple take more keystrokes. I think they must have hired a former Microsoft employee.
