TriviaKnowItAll Problems

Won this program in a contest  worked wonderfully. and Computer crashed so I lost the free program, No Problem,  I purchased the program 3 weeks ago to get caught up in Trivia, worked great on 3 games. Now all 
I get is xxxxxxxxxx.exe not working (left out exact code).. I have deleted, rebooted, downloaded 4 or 5 times and still get that error as soon as the program comes up, Have even tried running as administrator as I have Vista.  What is wrong or is this another non working Auto that I wasted money on.

4. Reboot your pc
5. Redownload

I`m having same problame on my vista and I do have advance system care pro.I`ve deleted.rebooted,redownloaded 5or6 times with no luck.Dave
