Does any know how to fix connection problems with pogo games? I've cleared history, caches, uninstalled and reinstalled java and still have the same problem with playing games. I don't think it's my service provider connection because I can play games on other sites like King.com etc and no problems.
Can't get pogo support or ea support to finally solve issues. One response was taking my problems to highest level however that's been das ago and no answers. Also need a phone # is anyone has it. About ready to membership to site if I don't get this resolved soon it's already been a month.

I have tremendous success running Apple's Safari browser in VISTA. The one thing you have to do if you want to use Safari is to activate "Developer" settings and choose it to simulate Internet Explorer 7. tumbsup.gif

Make sure you have added them to your exceptions list in FF and exceptions under Pop Up Blocking in IE.

The actual things to set up on Safari are:
DEVELOP

Then choose USER AGENT - INTERNET EXPLORER 7.0

I suppose you could use USER AGENT I.E. 8.0

In any case, the USER AGENT makes Pogo THINK you are using Internet Explorer, without having to use it.

girls22.gif  We are hooked up to cable here so we use a modem and LINKSYS router to connect the two computers. Sometimes we get disconnected and we have to pull and replug the cables on both of them ''' most times this works for us.  The real problem is the router and it''s known for it's disconnection issues.  GRRRRRRRR.  If you have one, you might want try that.  GL with it sunnyvegasp!

I had a linksys router for a number of years with my DSL...now have Uverse and no longer need it.  But you do have to make sure your settings for the router are correct and update firmware for that router, which is important so it runs correctly.
