Need help - Pogo Badges Background

Dave over at mypogobadges.com has asked me to see if any of you talented siggy makers (or anyone for that matter) are able to make a "pogo badges tiled background" for his new updated site that will be opening up soon.

He is offering a 1 year club pogo subscription in return for the best background he feels fits his site best.


What he would like is :

- 400 x 400 background with some 'cute and fun' badges that looks good together
- make it look like a sticker book (angle the badges slightly so they don't sit perfectly straight)
- leave some space in between the badges, don't have it too clustered up or the background will look too busy
- must flow smoothly when using it as a tiled background
- use only the small badges (not the ones from the premium badge albums)
- try and fit one badge in that has the alien "meep" in it
- save it as a .gif file (if possible - if there is not too much of a color loss)
