can anyone tell me how long it might take for badgehelp to reply to an email
i sent them one 5 hours ago as the auto password i was sent said it was no long available
and i have not had a reply yet

They are usually pretty quick but they can take up to 24 hrs. to give a reply.

Remember BH is on Pacific Time so it was only 9am when you emailed them. They were probably just waking up so give them a few hours to catch up on their emails.

Patience...it some times takes a bit to get things done. I know that the Empire State Building was built in 18 months...however now it will take 10 years before New York starts to rebuild the Towers.
