My apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I have been playing the Poppit! Show since it came out. (2007??) For the last two weeks I have been unable to connect to the Pogo server. It will initially connect, but if I try to go to a room, it crashes. I have "interacted" with pogo tech support twice, but it was totally worthless. No info whatsoever.

Is anyone else having problems? Anyone have any kind of solution?

Thanks!

I've been playing TPS every day.  I haven't had any connection problems.  Could your copy of TPS be corrupted somehow?  Does cleaning your cache, defragging and rebooting do anything to help?  You may want to try running this program:  http://www.iobit.com/

Good luck!

Did they tell you to completely delete it from your system then reboot and redownload it? That would be what I would try.

The Poppit Show is my current obsession. I play everyday for many hours, and haven't had any problems other than the occasional "Please wait" that eventually becomes the "error blah blah blah packet" message. Anyone know what that's about?

No, but it is sneaky!  It only does it when I am not around to see it and then wonder how long it has been "down" giggle2.gif coffee.gif

I swear Pogo knows when we leave the room!!   I'll be running a game with Uncle Otto, which run beautifully for hours, then crashes the moment I leave to take care of something else!
