After 4 years in jail for tax evasion, Richard Hatch is still under house arrest. After winning substancial money for being the first Survivor he still does not get that he needed to pay taxes on that money. He says the reason for the incarceration was because he is gay.

He went to jail because he "forgot" to pay taxes on his million bucks.  What a moron.
